  • Projects – Oversee and manage all operational projects.
  • Issue Logs – Track and resolve issues across Hotline, Metering, and Maintenance channels.
  • Account Requests – Handle customer account creation activations and deactivation and approvals.
  • Reversal Requests – Manage transaction reversals with audit traceability.
  • Mass Actions – Perform bulk operations like Credit/SMS dispatch, Customer Updates, and Activation/Deactivation.
  • Consumption – Monitor historical energy usage data and update or edit base on error.
  • Meter Status Changes – Track and manage meter lifecycle events.

Configuration & Administration

  • System Configurations – Define and manage Credit Categories, Financial Plans, Tariffs, Meter Types, E-Vehicles, Companies, VPN Clients, Countries, and Permissions.
  • Graphs & Analytics – Visualize key metrics including Revenue by Month, Average and Total Usage, Project SMS Count, and Complaint Types.
  • Settings – Customize user name profile and preferences.
  • Users – Manage user roles, access levels, and permissions.
  • Logout – Securely end your session.
