Issue Logs – Maintenance Tab

Overview

The Maintenance tab under the Issue Logs section of the Energicity platform is used to track, create, and manage maintenance-related tickets and visual analytics in real-time. It displays statistics, bar charts, filtering options, and a detailed issue table.

Interface Sections

1. Statistics and Bar Chart

  • Displays live metrics such as Open Tickets, Average Response Time, and Average Recovery Time.
  • These values are updated in real-time or upon applying filters.
  • The bar chart titled Tickets by Week shows:

  • Blue bars: Number of created tickets.

  • Red bars: Number of resolved tickets.

2. Filter Options

Users can filter both the table and chart using the following fields:

  • Country
  • Community (Project)
  • Assignment and Assignment Status
  • Priority
  • Issue Type
  • Status
  • Reported and Resolved Dates

The yellow reset icon clears all applied filters to their default states.

3. Action Buttons

  • Add Ticket: Opens a form to create a new maintenance issue manually.
  • Generate CSV: Creates a downloadable CSV based on current filters. Users can customize which fields to include.
  • Process Board: Finalizes and downloads the filtered data as a CSV file.
  • Blue Filter Icon: Applies selected filters to update the chart and table.
  • Yellow Reset Icon: Clears all filters.

4. Issue Table

Displays detailed information about each maintenance issue:

  • ID, Country, Community, Reported Date Time
  • Type: What the issue is (e.g., Damage, Disconnection).
  • Location: Where the issue occurred (e.g., Inverter, LV Network Switch).
  • Origin: Part of the system where the issue originated (e.g., Routine Maintenance).
  • Indicators: Symptoms or clues related to the issue (e.g., Battery failure, Lightning strike).
  • Description: Additional details or field reports.

The table supports horizontal scrolling, sorting, and pagination for navigating large datasets.

This page is essential for the field and operations teams to monitor, analyze, and act on system maintenance issues promptly. Real-time metrics and visual indicators enhance decision-making and maintenance prioritization.
