Issue Logs - Hotline Module

Overview

This document describes the structure and functionality of the Issue Logs - Hotline module on the Energicity platform.

Filters and Input Fields

The interface provides multiple filter options at the top of the screen:

  • Country, Community, Project: Geographic and project-level filters.
  • Priority: Allows filtering by issue priority.
  • Assigned To: Person responsible for resolving the issue.
  • Status: Current status of the issue (e.g., Created, Resolved, In Progress).
  • Reported Date, Date Resolved: Date range filters.
  • Issue Type: Categorizes the type of issue (e.g., Turn On/Off).

Two action buttons are also present: - 🔵 Blue Filter Button: Applies selected filters. - 🟡 Yellow Reset Button: Resets all filters.

Pie Chart

A pie chart visually represents issue statistics in real-time and updates based on filtered results.

  • Blue: Created issues
  • Red: Resolved issues
  • Yellow: In Progress issues

Issue Table

A table lists the filtered or complete issue data with the following characteristics:

  • Fields include: Priority, Reported Date, ID, Customer ID, First Name, Last Name, Community, and Meter.
  • The table supports horizontal scrolling.
  • The table is paginated.
  • No sorting functionality is available for any of the columns.

Export

  • Download CSV: Downloads the current table data (filtered or unfiltered) as a CSV file.

Tabs and Navigation

The Issue Logs module is divided into four sub-modules accessed through a dropdown:

  • Hotline
  • Metering
  • Delinquency
  • Maintenance

The current page shown is for the Hotline sub-module.

Summary

The Hotline issue logs interface is designed to efficiently manage, categorize, and monitor technical issues in real time through flexible filtering, live updates via pie charts, and detailed tabular views with export options.
